Judaism has always been an influential part of my life in an interfaith household. Throughout my time at UIC, I have been involved with Jewish life on campus through the Hillel student board, Achayot (the Jewish Sisterhood), and Chabad. Given the recent political climate, I believe it’s important to shine a light on all kinds of Jewish communities.

My work focuses on Jewish people and places and how they are all so vastly different. There are a number of antisemitic stereotypes that my work seeks to dismantle.

There are so many different ways we look, live, and practice our Judaism. This project will be further developed to recognize the beauty and variance in Judaism from in the home, on campus, and in a widespread community.
